Jego AG is a family business operating as a general contractor. Successful in architecture, construction management, sales, and property management, we accompany construction projects until turnkey handover.

THIS AWAITS YOU:

• Management of demanding construction projects, primarily in residential construction
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines, safety, costs, and quality
• Communication with contractors, clients, planners, and authorities
• Preparation of cost estimates, tenders, and contracts
• Review of offers, measurements, invoices, and change orders
• Leading and recording construction meetings
• Conducting inspections and professional handovers of properties
• Responsibility for warranty work

THIS DISTINGUISHES YOU:

• Completed training in construction with further education as a construction manager or
• building technician
• At least 3 years of professional experience as a construction manager in Switzerland, ideally in a general contractor/subcontractor company
• Experience in tendering, scheduling, and construction administration
• Solid expertise in SIA standards, laws, and regulations
• Independent as well as team-oriented and structured working style
• Fluent German language skills, both spoken and written
• Confident use of digital tools such as Messerli, MS Office, and Smino
