Case Manager for IV Benefits (80%-100%)
You know what the matter is and have an overview.
Every IV process begins with a person applying for IV benefits. And this is where you come into play: As a case manager, you check whether all formalities are fulfilled. Then you invite to the on-site meeting with the customer service.
Clear pension cases are directly handed over to your responsibility. You collect all missing documents and contact the treating doctors, employers, and other insurance companies. On this basis, you are able to create the fundamental decision regarding a customer's entitlement to IV benefits.
Furthermore, you initiate revisions of ongoing IV pensions. If the health condition has changed, the pension will be adjusted. As a case manager, you also support in the area of vocational training in all administrative matters. You contribute to helping young people and young adults successfully enter the workforce.

A prerequisite for this varied and demanding job is a commercial education and several years of professional experience. Alternatively, you have a medical vocational training and experience in the insurance sector.
