Trainer for Nursing Students HF/FH 80-100% (a)

Our trainers at Spitex Zurich are organised in a dedicated team, allowing them to fully focus on supporting students and apprentices. This means for you: close teamwork enables good exchange and excellent results. You will be actively supported by the education and training managers. You work situationally across locations, have a strong team behind you, work independently, and enjoy many freedoms and opportunities to shape practical vocational training.

To strengthen our trainer teams, we are looking for a personality as of now or by arrangement for the position of

• You accompany, promote and enable students in practical and theoretical training, ensuring high-quality education for nursing students HF/FH. If necessary, you also participate in the training of FaGe apprentices.
• During practical learning days, we work according to the concept of learning and working communities and promote committed and practice-oriented training, where you can actively contribute to the further development of trainees.
• You work across locations and closely with other trainer teams, education and training managers, the coach trio and nursing teams.
• You conduct regular training and qualification discussions with your trainees.
• You actively participate in public relations work (neighbourhood events, events at higher vocational schools or universities of applied sciences) of Spitex Zurich.
• You teach students on Training Transfer days and apply your methodical-didactic skills in a goal-oriented manner.
• To stay professionally up to date, you complement your role with occasional nursing assignments.

• Completed training as a qualified nurse HF
• SVEB certificate as practical trainer (Level 1) or willingness to obtain it
• At least two years of professional experience as a qualified nurse
• A flair for digital tools and very good German language skills in spoken and written form
• Enjoyment in training young people and adults and interest in designing individual learning settings
• High sense of responsibility, organisational skills and independence
• You enjoy travelling by e-bike and/or have a category B driving licence
