Your tasks
- Handling in-depth clarifications in telephone customer contact
- Careful documentation in the core banking systems
- Supporting the team with administrative tasks
- Assisting in the optimisation of processes to increase efficiency and quality
What you bring
- Completed banking training or several years of experience in banking
- High customer orientation as well as experience in telephone customer clarifications
- Very good German and English skills; French or Italian an advantage
- High commitment, initiative and strong sense of responsibility
- Precise working style as well as a networked way of thinking
- Self-initiative, curiosity and digital affinity
