Mandate Manager Trust Services (80 – 100 %)

Your tasks

• You manage financial and payroll accounting, prepare annual financial statements according to OR as well as tax returns for companies and private individuals – independently and with a high standard of quality.
• Step by step, you take over the management of SME mandates across industries and become the central contact person for these clients.
• You support your clients with business management and tax law questions and involve our specialists from other locations in special cases.
• You work closely with your colleagues. With us, people do not just work together, but for each other – and think beyond their own mandate.

Your profile

• Commercial basic training and professional certificate or expert diploma in trust services – or you are about to complete it
• At least 3 years of experience in a trust company; confident in managing accounting and preparing financial statements according to OR
• You have already largely managed mandates independently and now want to grow into mandate management – or you already bring this experience.
• Enjoyment of personal customer contact; you present yourself professionally and solution-oriented
• You work independently, plan proactively and keep an overview even in intense phases
