About the job

Do you enjoy working independently with numbers, appreciate direct contact with clients, and want to apply your trust knowledge in a versatile way? With us, you will independently manage client accounting, work in various trust areas, and support our mandate managers in the competent and personal care of our clientele.

• Independent management of client accounting – either in our office or directly on site with our clients
• Management of payroll accounting including social security statements
• Assistance with interim and annual financial statements
• Preparation of tax returns for natural and legal persons
• Support of the mandate management in closing, consulting, and client assignments
• Direct contact with clients as well as authorities and social security institutions

Your profile

• Federal diploma in trust or finance and accounting as well as several years of practical experience in the trust sector
• Sound knowledge in financial and payroll accounting and ideally experience with closing work and taxes
• Enjoyment of digital work processes and confident handling of common financial and trust software
• Precise, responsible, and independent working style
• Service-oriented, solution-driven personality with team spirit and enjoyment of client contact
• Very good German skills, additional languages are a plus
