We have an exciting opportunity for a Finance Analyst in our Manno office.
Department Overview:
The Finance Analyst will join the EMEA Financial Planning & Analysis team and work in close partnership with key business stakeholders. The role is focused on strengthening financial controlling and analytical support across Corporate Functions, enabling informed decision-making and improved financial performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Prepare annual budgets and periodic Forecasts in collaboration with business partners for Corporate Overheads, Marketing, and Business Channel Direct Costs
- Consolidate the full European P&L budget and reforecast within established deadlines, integrating inputs from Retail, Wholesale, Concessions, and E-commerce finance teams
- Monitor costs against budgets and forecasts, identify areas of overspend, and support business partners with cost tracking and variance analysis
- Prepare management reporting and KPIs, delivering insightful analysis that highlights risks and opportunities and supports the development of action plans
- Support monthly and quarterly closings, providing detailed commentary and variance analysis versus budget and reforecast
- Coordinate closely with the Accounting team to enhance reporting accuracy and deliver meaningful, decision-oriented management information
- Build robust capital expenditure requests and business cases for corporate capital projects
- Support the implementation of business and system initiatives aimed at improving financial control, including ad-hoc projects as required by management
- Maintain and support Hyperion Planning and Reporting tools, ensuring data integrity and reliability
- Provide support for SOX compliance activities and respond to ad-hoc analytical requests
What you’ll Bring:

- 2–3 years of experience in Financial Controlling or FP&A, preferably within a structured corporate environment
- Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- Advanced proficiency in Excel; working knowledge of Hyperion and SAP
- Strong ability to communicate effectively with both finance and non-finance stakeholders
- Proven capability to manage multiple priorities independently and meet deadlines
