Job Description

• Technical leadership of the electronics and embedded engineering team.
• Disciplinary leadership and promotion of team culture with a focus on collaboration, feedback, and continuous learning.
• Ensuring quality, deadlines, and resources in development projects.
• Further development of engineering processes, including methods, tools, standards, and structured knowledge transfer.
• Resource, capacity, and budget planning as well as prioritisation of activities.
• Coordination of external partners and service providers.

• Extensive experience in electronics development as well as in embedded software.
• Strong social skills in leading teams and collaborating across interfaces.
