Advising and supporting companies, entrepreneurs, and investors on corporate law matters
Working on complex mandates in the field of corporate law and M&A
Independent management of mandates
Independent structuring and execution of smaller transactions
Maintaining and expanding client relationships through excellent service and proactive engagement
Qualifications
Strong academic record and Swiss bar admission
Professional experience in a commercial law firm or a comparable position
Good command of English
Interest in economic issues and M&A transactions
Good understanding of topics related to corporate finance
