Health Specialist EFZ with a Focus on Dementia

• You accompany and care for people with dementia individually, professionally, and resource-oriented
• You create a safe and structured environment and promote the well-being of our residents
• You plan and carry out activating and everyday-related care offers
• You work closely with relatives as well as interdisciplinary professionals
• You recognise changes in health status and initiate appropriate measures
• You document observations, care, and support measures comprehensibly in the electronic care documentation (easyDOK)
• You actively contribute your expertise to the further development of dementia-specific care

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent qualification
• Further training in the field of dementia or interest in developing yourself in this area
• Experience in caring for and supporting people with dementia is an advantage
• Appreciative, respectful, and empathetic interaction with older people
• High social competence as well as pronounced observation and communication skills
• Independent, responsible, and solution-oriented working style
• Enjoyment in contributing your own ideas and actively shaping care
