The Brühlgut Foundation supports and promotes people with disabilities and offers them 134 residential places, 319 work and employment places, as well as around 40 training places in Winterthur. It operates an occupational and physiotherapy practice for people from infancy to adulthood, as well as three integrative day nurseries.

Creating perspectives, shaping the future. Shape your professional future with us. As a Job Coach, you accompany people on their path into the working world and enable adolescents and young adults to successfully start their basic vocational training.
HOW?
Initial Training
- You accompany around 16 adolescents and young adults with support needs on their path into basic vocational training throughout the entire training period.
- You support the young people in career choice, trial apprenticeships, application processes, as well as entry into internal and external training companies.
- You maintain close communication with trainers, schools, parents, and referring agencies.
- You continuously accompany the training through learning support, competence development, and promotion of social integration.
- You strengthen independence, motivation, and stability in the daily lives of the adolescents and young adults.
Cross-departmental tasks:
- You work closely with an interdisciplinary team from social pedagogy, occupational therapy, psychology, and medicine and actively contribute to holistic support.
- You bring in your ideas and participate in the further development of our offerings in the area of initial training.
WHY YOU?
- Because you have experience in job coaching within basic vocational training.
- Because you have training in social pedagogy or a comparable field to bring.
- Because you have further training as a coach (BSO, EASC or corresponding CAS/MAS).
- Because you already have experience in case management/reporting in cooperation with the SVA.
- Because you know the labour market for vocational integration as well as the needs of young adults.
- Because you enjoy approaching people and companies, take pleasure in acquisition, and are well networked in Winterthur.
- Because you communicate clearly and appreciatively and complete administrative tasks independently and reliably.
- Because you preferably hold a valid category B driving licence.
