- Maintenance & Compliance: Ensuring timely, safe and compliant maintenance and modification work
- Coordination: Interface management with Avionic, Sheet Metal, CAMO, Quality, customers and management

As Team Lead Mechanics Super Puma, you are responsible for the technical and personnel management of the mechanic team in the base maintenance area. You ensure that all maintenance, inspection and modification work is carried out efficiently, on time and in full compliance with EASA Part-145 and internal MOE regulations. In close cooperation with Avionic, Sheet Metal, CAMO and Quality, you ensure a smooth, safe and efficient maintenance process.
