Auditor (13 months) 100%The Zurich Public Prosecutor's Office investigates crimes committed by adults in the canton of Zurich. In our regional public prosecutor's offices, we regularly offer the opportunity for auditor placements. These provide a comprehensive insight into the work of a public prosecutor and enable an ideal practical entry into criminal prosecution.
Job description
- Collaboration in a team with a public prosecutor
- Clarification of legal questions and issues according to law, doctrine, and case law
- Preparation for and participation in interrogations
- Preparation of decisions (penalty order, dismissal order, indictment)
- Assistance in drafting pleadings and accompanying the public prosecutor in court
- Participation in on-call duties, working closely with interface partners such as the police, IRM, etc.
- Completion of administrative tasks
Requirements
- Completed law degree (at least transcript of records available)
- Very good knowledge of the German language
- High integrity and discretion, ability to work in a team, and service orientation
- Quick comprehension and independent, precise working style
- Good resilience and confident appearance
- Impeccable reputation
