Your job with us:

• Number magic: Together with the team, you manage our accounting. General ledger and sub-ledgers, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and dunning are in good hands with you. You prepare and confidently accompany monthly and annual financial statements.
• Foresight: You keep an eye on VAT as well as social insurances like AHV, IV, and ALV. You clarify questions, meet deadlines, and ensure smooth processes.
• Organizational talent: Reception, administration, contracts, and appointments. You keep the threads together and make it easier for everyone to do their job well.
• Host: Clients, partners, and colleagues feel welcome with you. You mediate, assist, and create a pleasant atmosphere.

You bring with you:

• A commercial basic education and experience in accounting, for example as a clerk
• Joy in numbers, diligence, and an eye for detail.
• Confident handling of MS Office. Experience with Abacus is a plus.
• Reliability, structure, and composure, even when things get hectic.
• A positive demeanor and the desire to make a difference for clients, the team, and BEGASOFT.
