Your Tasks
- Planning and coordination of consultations, treatments and appointments
- Organisation and disposition of daily routines taking into account various resources and specifications
- Administrative processing of patient and case data
- Close cooperation with doctors, nursing staff and other specialist areas
- Telephone and written communication with patients, relatives as well as internal and external offices
- Ensuring efficient appointment and resource planning
- Coordination of various interfaces within healthcare
- Independent processing and organisation of daily business
Your Profile
- Professional experience as a dispatcher in healthcare or in a comparable function
- Very good organisational skills and a structured way of working
- High service orientation and enjoyment in contact with people
- Confident handling of IT applications and digital planning systems
- Very good German skills in spoken and written form
- Good English skills are an advantage
- Resilient, flexible and solution-oriented personality
- Even in hectic situations you keep an overview and set the right priorities
