Is technology your passion and service your strength? At ISS, as a Technical Caretaker, you ensure that buildings, infrastructure and technical systems function perfectly at all times. You take responsibility for smooth operations, coordinate service providers and craftsmen, and are the first point of contact for technical concerns. With your organisational talent, hands-on mentality and high quality standards, you ensure that users and visitors can always move around in a well-maintained, safe and functional environment. Varied tasks, direct customer contact and no two days are the same make this position particularly exciting.

What to expect

• Responsibility for the smooth operation of buildings and technical systems
• Coordination of external service providers and suppliers
• Carrying out inspection rounds and quality checks
• Support at events and functions
• Performing minor repairs and maintenance work
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction

What you bring

• Technical or craft training with further education in caretaking advantageous
• Professional experience as a Technical Caretaker, Caretaker or in a comparable role
• Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of a varied and diverse role
• High customer and service orientation with a professional appearance
• Flexibility, resilience and strong organisational skills
• Very good German skills and good IT user knowledge
