• You ensure the high-quality and quantitative care of our inpatient residents and take on the daily and house responsibility
• You ensure an optimal operational process and the care process in everyday life
• You participate in preventive, diagnostic, and therapeutic measures
• You independently and comprehensively maintain the electronic nursing documentation
• You are the contact person for residents, relatives, and other interest groups such as doctors, pharmacists, etc.
• You assist with the daily care of our residents and support the training and education of apprentices and interns

• Desire for a new adventure, lots of commitment and inspiration
• Professional experience as a trained certified nurse HF in the inpatient long-term care sector and with people suffering from dementia
• Organization, independence, efficiency, and personal responsibility
• Proven RAI knowledge as MDS Coordinator / RAI Supervisor
• Good oral and written German skills
• Empathy, lots of heart, and patience for our seniors
