Job description:
For an exciting project, we are looking for experienced and passionate construction project managers for the implementation / execution management. As a certified civil engineer, architect, or site manager with site management experience in Switzerland, you independently prepare service descriptions, manage the tendering and awarding process, and lead the implementation of the work on the construction site from the start of construction to commissioning. Together with the project managers, you optimize the construction process, create the schedule, and monitor costs, quality, safety, and compliance with contractual conditions.
What we expect from you:
Education as a civil engineer, architect, or certified site manager and experience as Head of Implementation / Chief Site Manager
Solid experience with completed projects in the areas of renovation and modernization in Switzerland
Enjoyment of work and willingness to perform above average
Good communication skills, teamwork, and assertiveness
Independent, careful, and proactive working style with an eye for the essentials
Very good IT skills with industry-standard tools
Good German skills; knowledge of other national languages and English is an advantage
