Job description:

For an exciting project, we are seeking experienced and passionate construction project managers for the Realisation / Execution management. As a qualified civil engineer, architect or site manager with site management experience in Switzerland, you will independently prepare specifications, manage the tendering and awarding process, and lead the realisation of the work on site from the start of construction to commissioning. Together with the project managers, you will optimise the construction process, create the schedule and monitor costs, quality, safety and compliance with contractual conditions.

What we expect from you:

Training as a civil engineer, architect or qualified site manager and experience as Head of Realisation / Chief Site Manager

Solid experience with completed projects in the areas of conversion and modernisation in Switzerland

Enjoyment of work and willingness to perform above average

Good communication skills, teamwork and assertiveness

Independent, careful and proactive working style with an eye for the essentials

Very good IT skills with industry-standard tools

Good German language skills; knowledge of other national languages and English is an advantage
