Job Description
Reporting to the Banquets & Breakfast Manager, the essential responsibilities and duties of the position include, but are not limited to:
- Consistently providing professional, friendly, and engaging service
- Setting up and dismantling rooms according to Service Orders (SO)
- Reviewing Service Orders (SO) daily
- Ensuring the good condition of equipment in the rooms
- Responding to client requests
- Carefully executing the service tasks assigned
- Recognising the group leader and ensuring quality service
- Being flexible and cooperative in all circumstances, especially when required to collaborate with another department occasionally
- Committing to the quality of service, discretion, and absolute honesty
- Maintaining a professional attitude, smiling, and remaining calm at all times
- Respecting ergonomic work standards, health & safety rules, hygiene, and sanitary requirements
- Adhering to the department and company policies, procedures, and service standards
Any other tasks as assigned
Qualifications
- Fluency in French
- Knowledge of English is an asset
- Driving licence
- Autonomous: time management, work organisation, and economy of movement
- Physical ability to work

VISA REQUIREMENTS
To work in Switzerland, the candidate must hold a Swiss work permit or be from an EU-17 or EU-8 European country.
