Railway Track Builders

Your tasks:

• Participate in the construction, maintenance, and renovation of railway tracks.
• Carry out the laying and replacement of rails, sleepers, and track devices.
• Perform ballast work, tamping, and levelling of the tracks.
• Assist in welding and joining operations of rails.
• Use tools and equipment specific to railway work.
• Participate in loading, unloading, and handling of materials.
• Inspect the condition of installations and report anomalies.
• Ensure routine maintenance of the equipment and tools used.
• Strictly adhere to railway safety instructions and current standards.
• Collaborate effectively with site teams, by day or night as required.

Your profile:

• Experience in the railway sector, civil engineering, or construction is an asset.
• Experience in track laying is appreciated.
• Good physical condition and ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Motivated, reliable person who enjoys teamwork.
• Flexibility for night shifts, weekends, and occasional interventions.
• Ability to work in compliance with safety procedures.
• Category B driving licence essential.
• Available to travel to various sites in French-speaking Switzerland.
