About the job
The Cantonal Police, with its approximately 4000 employees, takes responsibility for security in the canton. Our newly established HR Service Center is partly responsible for the entire personnel administration of all employees as well as personnel controlling. To strengthen our team, we are looking for a motivated and reliable individual as
HR Services Specialist (limited to 2 years) 80 - 100%
Tasks
- You support the HR team in the entire personnel administration from entry to exit. This includes the creation of orders, certificates, confirmations, as well as maintaining master data
- You create and transmit notifications to social insurance carriers, tax offices, and other responsible authorities
- You help identify optimization potentials in our HR processes, help shape them, and implement new, more efficient procedures
- You are the contact person for employees and managers on personnel-related questions
- You participate in training sessions from HR software providers, engage with current trends in HR software, and bring your insights into the team
- You ensure compliance with all relevant legal regulations in personnel management
- You take on additional administrative and organizational tasks in the HR area
Profile
- You have a commercial basic education (EFZ) and at least five years of relevant experience in HR administration
- You hold the federal specialist certificate as an HR specialist
- You organize work processes efficiently, work independently and reliably, demonstrate team spirit and communication skills, and keep an overview even in dynamic situations
- You have extensive experience in using SAP S/4HANA and Success Factors and are confident in handling the MS Office suite
- Fluent German and good English skills in spoken and written form
