Your main tasks:

• Operating and monitoring technical systems in the field of HLKS
• Conducting fault analyses and initiating targeted measures
• Regularly checking and assessing the objects and building infrastructure and reporting any defects
• Coordinating and carrying out inspection, maintenance, and repair work
• Accompanying and supervising internal and external suppliers and craftsmen
• Receiving and independently processing inquiries as the contact person for the client
• Providing on-call service

Your profile:

• Completed technical training in the field of HLKS or electrical engineering with EFZ 
• Further training in the field of HLKS is an advantage
• Experience in managing complex building technology systems is essential
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Experience in dealing with internal and external clients/suppliers
• Driving license category B is an advantage 
• Impeccable character (criminal and debt register)
