You can make an impact
- You ensure the smooth operation of the existing ERP system (Microsoft Dynamics NAV) and actively support the introduction of the new ERP system (SAP) across all project phases
- You take on (partial) project management and ensure close coordination between the project team and departments – including responsibility for the flow of information within your area
- You analyze existing processes, identify optimization potentials, and implement efficiency improvements – always keeping risks in view
- You are responsible for master data management in the ERP and ensure that data is maintained correctly and up to date
- As a data protection coordinator (DSG) and CSV expert (computer system validation), you are the central contact person for data protection and compliance issues
- You actively shape the digital transformation and bring your expertise in systemic, process-oriented, and data protection-related issues
You bring with you
- You have a technical or business education with further training at HF/FH level or equivalent and bring good to very good knowledge in the field of production or quality control
- You can draw on several years of professional experience in the ERP environment (preferably SAP in the pharmaceutical sector) as a key user
- You have experience in the CSV environment in the pharmaceutical industry
- Ideally, you already have experience in change management and implementing DSG
- In addition to your experience in project and process management, you bring analytical skills and problem-solving techniques
- You have a high level of teamwork and willingness to cooperate, combined with high motivation, commitment, and independence
- You have very good German skills and can also conduct conversations in English
