Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for the internal ICT organisation including operation, further development, and strategic as well as operational management of IT services.
- Leadership, coaching, and active participation in the team in the areas of server/storage, applications, and support/helpdesk.
- Responsibility for ICT infrastructure projects from conception to implementation (hands-on project management and technical participation).
- Ensuring stable operation of the entire ICT landscape (servers, network, communication, cloud/hosting, and internal systems).
- Responsibility for application management of central business systems including further development, integration, and lifecycle management.
- Participation in ICT architecture as well as evaluation and introduction of new technologies and solutions in the SME environment.
- Management and close collaboration with internal departments, external partners, as well as manufacturers and suppliers.
- Ensuring a functioning helpdesk and active 1st-/2nd-level support for more complex issues.
- Representation/support in the administration and further development of server, storage, and network infrastructures.
- Advising management and departments on ICT topics and supporting the digital development of the company.
- Co-responsibility for IT security, ICT governance, and continuous optimisation of IT processes in daily business.
Your profile
- Several years of professional experience in ICT infrastructure (servers, network, cloud/hybrid environments) as well as in application management with leadership responsibility.
- Completed studies in computer science, business informatics, or a comparable qualification.
- Leadership experience or pronounced experience in the technical management of IT teams.
- Solid experience in implementing IT infrastructure and/or customer projects (including planning, architecture, implementation).
- Experience in IT service management, ideally with ITIL basic understanding.
- Knowledge in IT security, backup strategies, and operational stability.
- Experience with business applications (e.g. Jira, Confluence, ERP systems like Abacus or comparable) is an advantage.
- Hands-on mentality with high personal responsibility and willingness to work operationally in daily business.
- Very good communication skills in exchange with management, departments, employees, and external partners.
- Structured, solution-oriented working style and ability to set priorities in a dynamic SME environment.
- Very good German language skills in spoken and written form; English and French skills are an advantage.
