Project Manager 80-100%

Your main tasks:

• You plan, coordinate and implement exciting direct marketing projects with a focus on print mailings.
• Together with Account Management, you develop creative and effective fundraising campaigns – from print to digital.
• You manage collaboration with internal and external partners such as copywriters, translators, graphic designers, artists and suppliers, ensuring a smooth project process.
• You support our clients in day-to-day business and are a reliable contact person for operational matters.
• You prepare calculations and offers and take on a variety of administrative tasks in project management.
• Together with Account Management, you present innovative mailing and campaign concepts.
• You actively contribute to the further development of existing as well as the conception of new projects and campaigns.
• You work with our fundraising database, create address selections and contribute to the successful implementation of campaigns.

Your profile:

• Completed commercial training or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
• Experience in project management, marketing or an agency environment; experience in direct marketing is an advantage
• Enjoyment of customer contact and strong service orientation
• Good to very good Italian language skills in spoken and written form (mandatory)
• Independent, structured and reliable working style with entrepreneurial thinking
• Team-oriented, communicative personality with high social competence and intercultural openness
• Quick comprehension and ability to quickly familiarise yourself with new topics and teams
• Creativity, willingness to learn and commitment as well as a healthy ambition
