About the job
Your tasks
- Independent operation, monitoring and setup of modern, computer-controlled filling systems for aerosol cans and bottles
- Filling of pharmaceutical liquid and semi-solid products according to GMP guidelines
- Ensuring a smooth production process while adhering to quality, schedule and quantity requirements
- GMP-compliant documentation of all production steps
- Conducting in-process controls such as filling weights, crimp parameters, pressure measurements and other quality checks
- Identifying and resolving simple technical faults as well as troubleshooting during ongoing operations
- Professional guidance and support of line personnel
- Active participation in the continuous improvement of processes, quality and plant efficiency
- Compliance with applicable GMP, hygiene, safety and occupational health regulations
Our requirements
- Completed vocational training as a plant operator EFZ, chemical or pharmaceutical technologist EFZ or a comparable technical qualification
- Experience in operating automated filling systems in the pharmaceutical, cosmetics or food industry
- Strong technical understanding and enthusiasm for modern production equipment
- Independent and solution-oriented working style
- High quality and GMP awareness
- Good German language skills, both spoken and written
- Experience with ERP systems and computer-controlled equipment
- Willingness to work shifts (3-shift system) and occasional Saturdays
