About the job

tilia offers people from the age of 18 who depend on care and support a professional and caring environment where they are well looked after. At our six locations in the Bern metropolitan area, care and support oriented towards reference and palliative care are central. tilia operates inpatient long-term residential areas, specialized departments for dementia and respiratory diseases, psychiatric, neurological and bariatric long-term care, as well as various outpatient services.

Your task

Holistic and process-oriented care and support of our residents
Main responsibility for the nursing process and case management in the residential area
Promotion and support of caregivers regarding the nursing process
Ensuring the proper use of RAI/RUG
Implementation of the nursing process and participation in direct care

Our requirements

Passion for long-term care and joy in shaping development processes
Certified nurse HF / FH (DN II, AKP or SRK-recognized diploma)
Further training as RAI Supervisor 1 and 2 or willingness to complete it
Solid experience in the application of RAI/RUG or willingness to acquire this knowledge
Very good oral and written German skills
Responsible, team-oriented and proactive personality with a high quality mindset
