To strengthen our small property management team, we are looking for a

Real Estate Clerk (70-100%)

We have been active in the real estate sector for over 60 years. We own several properties throughout the canton of Uri, which we manage ourselves. Providing high-quality tenant support is very important to us. We do not offer home office.

Your possible area of responsibility

• Assistance/creation of heating and ancillary cost statements
• Accounts payable/receivable
• Rental contracts
• Rent control
• Apartment viewings
• General correspondence
• Control of daily and monthly turnover in gastronomy
• Collaboration with the head of the caretaker service on administrative matters
• Many other exciting tasks in property management

Your profile

• German is your mother tongue
• Your residence is either in the canton of Uri, Schwyz, Nidwalden or Obwalden (possibly the Lucerne city region)
• You bring at least 1-2 years of professional experience after successfully completing an apprenticeship
• Ideally, you have already worked in the real estate sector
• As a solid professional foundation, you have completed a commercial apprenticeship
• Reliability, flexibility and resilience are not foreign words to you
• You enjoy working in a team
• You consider it natural to support our valued tenants with a friendly manner

Because the position requires sound specialist knowledge, we specifically target professionals with a commercial basic education who already have at least 1–2 years of professional experience.
