About the job
Do you want to be involved from day one and help shape the development of our new Spitex organisation with your expertise and creativity? From 1 January 2024 or by arrangement, we are looking for aYour tasks:
- Ensuring a smooth, safe daily routine
- You ensure that our patients receive professional and individual care and support
- As a certified specialist, you take on a role model function within the team and support colleagues with professional questions
- You take on the tasks of day coordinator within the scope of your professional competencies
- You independently and comprehensively manage the electronic nursing documentation
- Assuming responsibility as PDL or deputy PDL
- Supporting employees in complex situations
You bring with you:
- Completed vocational training as a certified nursing specialist HF (tertiary level)
- You have already gained some leadership experience
- Experience in nursing management is an advantage
- Good German language skills, spoken and written
- Strong social skills
- High resilience and very good organisational skills
- Solid RAI knowledge
- You genuinely care about dealing with other people
- Committed and resilient
