As Project Manager Riotherm Air Conditioning, you lead small and medium-sized customer projects from the concept phase to handover. You actively participate in planning and coordinate technology, deadlines, costs, and quality.

In Sulgen, you work closely with customers, sales, AVOR, production, installation, and external project participants.

Your task

You are responsible for the technical and organisational handling of your Riotherm projects and ensure a well-planned and reliably implemented solution.

What you will achieve with us.

• You lead customer projects in air conditioning from the concept phase to handover.
• You participate in planning, clarify technical details, and coordinate AVOR, production, and installation.
• You manage deadlines, costs, and quality and make deviations visible early.
• You conduct exchanges with customers as well as internal and external project participants and clarify responsibilities.
• You support sales projects with technical project knowledge and help develop feasible foundations.

What you bring with you

• You have training as a carpenter, joiner, or exhibition builder or a comparable craft-technical qualification.
• You bring understanding of planning and execution; AVOR experience from a carpentry workshop will facilitate your entry.
• Project management experience is an advantage. Experience in independently coordinating subprojects or technical processes may also be suitable.
• You enjoy familiarising yourself with air conditioning and Riotherm, consider variants, and keep an overview with multiple participants and deadlines.
• You communicate confidently in German. English or French are advantageous.
