Responsibilities

Continuous Improvement: Analysis and optimisation of the entire logistics chain using value stream mapping to identify and eliminate waste

Leading internal improvement projects and supporting the SAP implementation

Optimising interfaces between procurement, production, warehouse and distribution to reduce inventory and lead times

Standardising processes to ensure quality, stability and efficiency

Key performance indicator (KPI) analysis: Evaluation of production and performance data (e.g. SQDCP: Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Personnel) to identify potential

Promoting a lean culture through active change management as well as training and involving employees

Increasing efficiency, transparency, delivery reliability and flexibility along the entire supply chain and warehouse

Introducing and applying lean methods such as 5S, Kanban and Kaizen (CIP) for continuous process improvement in supply chain and warehouse

Your profile

Completed studies in supply chain management, logistics, industrial engineering or comparable, as well as relevant professional experience in a regulated environment (ideally pharmaceutical)

Sound knowledge of lean methods (e.g. 5S, Kanban, Kaizen, value stream mapping) and their practical application

Very good knowledge of GMP guidelines as well as experience with audits and quality requirements

Experience in analysing and optimising logistics and SCM processes as well as KPI-based performance management

Confident handling of ERP systems SAP and strong data and analytical skills

Structured, analytical and solution-oriented working style combined with high quality and responsibility awareness

Strong communication skills, teamwork, assertiveness and experience in change management

Very good German and English skills, both spoken and written
