Your main tasks:

- Welcoming and caring for customers and visitors
- Leading the Hospitality team including recruitment, deployment planning, onboarding, and time tracking
- Handling calls, emails, and incoming customer orders
- Access management
- Process development and quality assurance
- Event management and coordination of all interfaces
- Organizing, supporting, and assisting with catering

Your profile:

- Completed training in hospitality or commercial field and further education in hospitality
- Professional experience in a comparable position, ideally with leadership experience
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
- Strong customer and service orientation
- High sense of responsibility and independence
