What to expect from us

• You will manage the mortgage portfolio of our clients together with your team.
• You will independently prepare loan applications and follow-ups for our mortgage clients.
• As a specialist, you are the point of contact for the client advisors of VZ VermögensZentrum regarding questions about real estate and mortgages and maintain close contact with the specialist departments within the Mortgage Centre.
• You will advise our clients by phone and email about our services.
• Administrative tasks complete this exciting job profile.

What you bring with you

• Commercial training at a Swiss bank
• Ideally, some experience in the Swiss mortgage business.
• Great enjoyment in telephone customer contact, with a focus on the customer’s concerns
• Flawless communication in German, both spoken and written; very good Swiss German skills are an advantage
• Motivation to work in a young, dynamic, and service-oriented team
