Your Tasks
- Administrative and organisational support for department heads, nursing experts and nursing departments in the field of neonatology
- Professionally sound telephone information provision within the defined area of competence
- General secretarial duties (taking minutes, handling telephone enquiries, arranging appointments, processing changes).
- Support in holiday and duty planning and time accounting (PEP)
- Support in personnel administration (calling up staff in case of staff shortages)
- Consideration of intra- and interprofessional workflows and the administrative processes and operational standards specified by KSA or the organisational unit
- Support for administrative matters in the nursing departments
- Taking over material and medication orders (holiday cover)
Your Profile
- Completed commercial training or training as a health specialist or as a medical practice assistant, hospital experience an advantage
- Strong communication skills and confident German
- Teamwork skills, proactive, independent and responsible work organisation
- High service awareness and flexibility in dealing with changing priorities and the complexity of tasks
- Professional appearance as well as loyalty towards superiors and the employer
