For our après-ski bar in the heart of the outstanding 5-star ski resort Arosa Lenzerheide, we are looking for you from November 2026 to April 2027 as:

Your tasks:
- Deputising for the KuhBar management during their absence and co-responsibility for operational business
- Leadership and deployment planning of a team of around 20 people including security
- Ensuring smooth daily operations and coordination of employees, guests, security as well as external partners (DJs, artists etc.)
- Support with administrative tasks such as time recording, email processing, preparation of daily business accounts and employee payroll
- Active participation in bar operations with warm guest hospitality as well as preparation and serving of hot and cold drinks
- Support in drink preparation at the Mountain Mac
- Carrying out preparatory, cleaning and closing tasks including clearing and washing up during operations
- Assisting with general tasks indoors and outdoors such as terrace seating and snow clearance
What you bring with you:
- Leadership experience, ideally combined with practical experience in bar or event catering
- Swiss German or very good German skills as well as good English skills
- You are a resilient, reliable and team-oriented personality with a quick grasp, enjoy pitching in and keep an overview even in hectic situations
- Willingness to work flexible hours and occasional evening shifts at events and functions
- Enjoy experiencing a winter season in the Grisons mountains
