A senior medical role with professional depth, scope for creativity, and collaboration on equal footing awaits you.
The essentials in brief
This position is suitable for flexible and independent colleagues with completed specialist training in psychiatry and psychotherapy who enjoy in-depth, psychotherapeutically oriented treatment of people with depression.
In this role, you will jointly take on the medical-therapeutic, organisational, and conceptual leadership of the specialised ward for people with depressive disorders with around 25 inpatient therapy places, together with the nursing management and a clinical psychologist.
You will supervise and support assistant doctors and actively shape the professional and conceptual development of the department. In addition, you will contribute to the implementation and further development of modern, evidence-based antidepressant treatment options (pharmacotherapy and psychotherapy in individual and group settings) and participate in hospital-wide tasks and projects. Together with the other senior physicians and specialists, you form the senior medical team of Privatklinik Wyss. As part of the clinic's development, there is also the possibility, subject to appropriate qualifications and suitability, to fill the position in the future as deputy chief physician. Furthermore, there is the opportunity for private outpatient medical practice within the clinic.
If you enjoy a varied clinical role, shaping structured psychotherapeutic treatment offerings, as well as planning, organising, and quality assurance of a specialised department, we very much look forward to your application.
