We are looking for a
Marketing Proposal Specialist 100% (m/f/d)
Your area of responsibility
• You manage the RFP and BID processes and develop convincing, customer value-oriented offers and business concepts
• You analyze tenders and commercial briefings to translate customer needs into tailored and impactful proposals
• You develop relevant content in close collaboration with internal teams and adapt it to C-Level decision makers
• You use storytelling to make complex content clear, understandable, and persuasive
• You format texts and visuals using InDesign, ensure brand identity compliance, and coordinate external partners within deadlines
• You collaborate with the marketing team at Swiss HQ and manage LinkedIn and Instagram social networks for French-speaking Switzerland (F-CH)
Your profile
• You have a commercial education or equivalent, complemented by a Bachelor’s degree or higher education in marketing, sales, communication, management, or hospitality
• You have experience in marketing or sales support and adopt a customer- and market-oriented approach
• You possess excellent writing skills as well as a strong creative and visual sense
• You work independently, in a structured manner, and keep calm in a dynamic environment
• You master MS Office (especially PowerPoint) and ideally Adobe InDesign as well as AI tools for content creation
• French is your native language, you have very good knowledge of English; German is an asset
