CNC Setter, Polymechanic / 2-Shift Operation

Your Tasks:

• Programming, setting up, monitoring and operating automated CNC lathes
• Manufacturing of fixtures and aids using CNC as well as conventional milling, turning, and drilling processes.
• Visual and dimensional inspection of workpieces
• Evaluating, documenting and optimising production processes
• Maintenance and care of CNC systems, measuring instruments and fixtures

Your Profile:

• Completed vocational training as a Polymechanic EFZ or equivalent, with relevant professional experience in mechanical manufacturing
• Professional experience as a CNC setter as well as operating and converting twin-spindle lathes with automation handling
• Programming knowledge with Fanuc control
• Quality-conscious working style
• Team player with good German language skills
