Watchmaking Production Operator (M/F)

• Carry out the assembly of small parts with method and accuracy

• Perform meticulous work, requiring excellent visual acuity and great manual dexterity

• Ensure a steady pace in a repetitive role, without compromising on quality

• Work in rotating shifts (2x8 hours, with the possibility of 3x8)

• You have a stable professional background

• You have completed training or gained experience in Switzerland

• Experience in an industrial environment is a major asset

• You are proficient in French, both spoken and written

• You are able to maintain concentration, pace and quality throughout the day
