Your Tasks
- You ensure individual, holistic and resident-oriented care and support that focuses on the quality of life of the residents
- You actively support the residents in maintaining and promoting their existing abilities and involve them in decisions regarding their care
- You recognise early changes in the health status of the residents, document these precisely and initiate appropriate measures
- You maintain an empathetic and transparent exchange with relatives and key persons and are available as a competent contact person
- You actively participate in the further development of our care quality and contribute your ideas to optimise processes
Your Profile
- A completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or an equivalent qualification recognised in Switzerland
- Ideally, you already have several years of professional experience in long-term care – re-entrants are also warmly welcome
- You have a big heart for elderly people and value appreciative, empathetic and resident-centred care
- You enjoy working in a team, are helpful and respectful in dealing with colleagues and actively contribute to a positive working atmosphere
- Very good German skills are essential for communication with our residents and within the team
