From 1 January 2027 or by arrangement, we are looking for you as a group leader! You will lead the group in job sharing together with another group leader.

Your tasks

• Professional and organisational leadership of your group
• Leading and supporting the team in everyday educational work
• Ensuring professional, loving and age-appropriate care of the children
• Planning and designing a varied daily routine for the group
• Conducting door and brief conversations as well as status assessments with parents
• Responsibility for processes, appointments and organisational tasks within the group
• Training apprentices
• Collaboration with other group leaders and management

Your profile

• Completed training as a childcare specialist EFZ or a comparable recognised pedagogical qualification
• You bring at least three years of professional experience
• Enjoy taking responsibility and leading a team
• Independent, reliable and organised way of working
• Flexibility, resilience and the ability to keep an overview even in lively situations
• Your working days are ideally Monday to Wednesday, other combinations are possible by arrangement
