Immerse yourself in the wonderful winter world on the terrace of the Kongresshaus Zürich. In cosy fondue igloos, our guests enjoy selected cheese fondue, fine mulled wine, and a unique view of Lake Zurich.

For our temporary winter assignment, we are looking for a committed individual from 12.11.2026 to 31.12.2026 who, with warm hospitality, joyfully accompanies our guests through cosy winter evenings.

Your new responsibilities

• Managing your own service station and/or area, preparing various cocktails
• Ensuring a smooth and professional service process
• Professionally welcoming, accompanying, advising, and bidding farewell to guests
• Ensuring goal-oriented communication between service and kitchen
• Independently performing daily cash closing for the restaurant and bar
• Carrying out various cleaning tasks and checking all workflows for compliance with safety and hygiene regulations according to HACCP

What you bring

• Advantageous: successfully completed training, e.g. as a certified restaurant specialist or hotel specialist
• At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable role in upscale gastronomy
• Very good knowledge of cash register systems, preferably Gastrofix/Lightspeed
• Excellent manners and strong team spirit
• Supports the achievement of own area goals through proactive contribution of own work
• Very good language skills in German and English, additional languages are an advantage
