For the Golatti and Herosé nursing homes, we offer three
Care Specialists EFZ who accompany people of all ages with or without physical, mental, psychological, or social impairments.
Depending on the specialisation, you work in facilities for toddlers or children and adolescents of school age, in institutions for adults with impairments, or for older adults. You support and promote the people you accompany in everyday life and leisure activities, for example with personal care, household tasks, or participation in social life. You base your work on the existing resources of the people cared for and pay attention to their preservation and development. The independence and self-determination of the accompanied people are central. Teamwork is highly valued.
