For Senevita Dorfmatt in Münsingen, we are looking for a Service Manager 100% immediately or by arrangement

Service Manager 100%

Your Tasks

• You take responsibility for the smooth running of service in the restaurant, café, and care stations
• You ensure the well-being of our guests as a host
• You assist in organising and conducting banquets and events
• You maintain cleanliness and order in the service area and ensure compliance with hygiene regulations

Your Profile

• Completed training as a certified restaurant specialist (EFZ)
• Several years of experience in staff management
• Several years of professional experience in an establishment with refined service, preferably in a hotel operation
• High service commitment, customer orientation, and flexibility (shift work/weekends and public holidays)
• Motivated, resilient, and dedicated personality
• Neat appearance
• Good oral and written German skills
