FBT Fahrzeug- und Maschinenbau AG is a medium-sized company in the vehicle and mechanical engineering sector based in Thörigen. We are a team of around 40 employees specialising in customised solutions in the areas of door & ramp systems for bus and rail transport and contract work.

To complement our team in Mechanical Production we are looking for an immediate or agreed start date for a:

Polymechanic EFZ (m/f/d | 100%)

Your profile:

• Completed basic training as a polymechanic and/or production mechanic
• CNC knowledge / milling
• Programming knowledge of Fanuc and Heidenhain controls is required
• Knowledge of Alpha-Cam is desirable
• Team spirit and commitment
• Independent and reliable working style

Your responsibilities:

• Programming and machining of individual parts and small series on CNC machines
• Working on CNC-controlled machining centres with swivel head
• Operation and programming of other machines such as: Stratos and VC 205
• Manufacturing complex parts with up to 5m machining length
