About the job
In the northeast of Switzerland, the name Rotz has stood for almost 50 years for expertise around the car, customer proximity, and innovation. Now the family is opening a new chapter and is expanding the well-known location into a unique gem. A restaurant with a show kitchen and bar, banquet, event and seminar rooms for up to 400 people, as well as an extended self-check-in hotel with private spa suites will be newly created.

Assistant Cook/Kitchen Staff 100% (m/f/d)
Your main tasks:- You assist in the preparation of our dishes and ensure they arrive fresh and delicious on the table
- You support the kitchen team in daily work and contribute ideas
- You work closely with the service team to ensure our guests are completely satisfied
- You keep your work area clean and organised – even when it gets busy
- You adhere to hygiene and safety regulations to ensure everything runs smoothly
- You are eager to become part of our team and actively contribute
- You think ahead, bring in ideas and help find solutions
- You either have training in the kitchen or gastronomy, or interest, willingness to learn and some initial experience in the kitchen
- You are a team player and contribute to a positive working atmosphere
- You cook with joy and enthusiasm
