To strengthen our team in the St. Gallen area, we are looking for a technician immediately or by arrangement
Technician: St. Gallen Area (m/f/d) 100%
Your tasks
- You independently monitor, maintain, and service technical systems in our customer properties
- You particularly look after systems in the areas of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, sanitation, and electrical
- You carry out regular functional and operational checks
- You analyse faults, fix them directly if possible, and initiate the necessary further measures
- You independently plan and execute minor repairs, adjustments, and conversions
- You coordinate external specialist companies and suppliers as needed and accompany their on-site deployments
- You obtain quotes if necessary and support the technical assessment of required work
- You document maintenance, inspection, and repair work clearly and comprehensively
- You report damages, defects, and necessary investments early
- You consistently comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations
- You regularly communicate with customers, tenants, and external partners
- You take on on-call duty within a regulated model
Your profile
- You have completed a manual or technical training
- For example, as a facility maintenance specialist, electrician, plumber, heating installer, or in a comparable profession
- Professional experience in technical caretaking or building technology is an advantage
- You work independently, reliably, and in a structured manner
- You have technical understanding and strong problem-solving skills
- Customer orientation and a professional appearance are a matter of course for you
- Very good German language skills, both spoken and written, are required
- A category B driving licence is required
