Head of Housing
Together with the team leaders, you will further develop needs-oriented, inclusive housing offers and ensure quality in accordance with professional and cantonal requirements. You will manage recruitment and personnel development and bear budget and cost centre responsibility. You will report to the overall management and promote cross-departmental collaboration within the management team. In addition, you will maintain communication with relatives, legal representatives, specialist and official bodies. You will impress through
leadership competence and professional confidence
and have a background in curative education, pedagogy, nursing, or social psychiatry as well as several years of professional experience. Training in personnel management and corresponding leadership experience complement your profile. You bring business management knowledge and experience in quality assurance and confidently use digital work and management tools. You lead appreciatively and reliably, communicate clearly, and accompany changes with care. A responsible leadership role with scope for design awaits you, in which you contribute to the quality of life of the people supported.
