Your responsibilities
- Managing and coaching a small team
- Welcoming prospects and customers, analysing their needs, advising them, introducing and allowing them to test our vehicles, helping them identify the vehicle that meets their expectations, finalising the sale by offering them a rich and personalised experience within the dealership
- Accompanying your customers until the delivery of their vehicle
- Ensuring follow-up of the relationship well after the satisfied customer has left the dealership
- Becoming your customers’ preferred advisor and encouraging them to return
Your profile
- Experience in car sales (with a Federal VET Diploma in a profession related to the automotive field or in the commercial sector)
- Experience as a sales manager is desirable
- Negotiation skills with customers
- Good interpersonal skills, excellent communicator and confident in prospecting
- Native French speaker with very good oral knowledge of English
- Proficient in common IT tools (MS Office)
