We are looking for reinforcement immediately or by arrangement:

Residential Specialist (Workload: 40 - 100%)

Your tasks are:

Needs-, resource- and solution-oriented support for clients in daily life as well as promoting their development potential
Cooperative key person work
Close coordination with the team for a shared caregiving-educational approach and for shaping daily life
Active assistance in the group household
Maintaining client documentation and active participation in team meetings and interdisciplinary settings

You bring the following:

Degree as a Social Educator HF/FH or Care Specialist (FaBe) in the field of disability support or Health Specialist (FaGe) or Nursing Specialist
Professional experience in supporting and promoting individuals
Observational skills and joy in valuing the support of individuals
Openness to new solutions and reflecting on one's own actions
Reliability, high resilience, and a balanced personality
