We are looking for reinforcement immediately or by arrangement:
Residential Specialist (Workload: 40 - 100%)
Your tasks are:
- Needs-, resource- and solution-oriented support for clients in daily life as well as promoting their development potential
- Cooperative key person work
- Close coordination with the team for a shared caregiving-educational approach and for shaping daily life
- Active assistance in the group household
- Maintaining client documentation and active participation in team meetings and interdisciplinary settings
You bring the following:
- Degree as a Social Educator HF/FH or Care Specialist (FaBe) in the field of disability support or Health Specialist (FaGe) or Nursing Specialist
- Professional experience in supporting and promoting individuals
- Observational skills and joy in valuing the support of individuals
- Openness to new solutions and reflecting on one's own actions
- Reliability, high resilience, and a balanced personality
